Let’s Ensure Our Women and Children Are Supported

Cover Girls are dedicated mentors who contribute their time, talents, and resources to support women and children who have faced significant challenges, including abuse and homelessness. By volunteering, sharing their skills, and pledging $10 or more per month, they offer compassionate support to help these individuals overcome obstacles and achieve success in life.

Women who will inspire you

Elizabeth “Elle” Montero, Cover Girls Chair

Raised in the Magic City since the age of two, Elizabeth has seen the growth of South Florida first hand. Her career in real estate began in 1998, while still in college with a focus on economics. Today, as a platinum member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Elizabeth’s work in real estate extends onto the steps of Congress, in Washington DC, as an advocate for reform in housing policy. Elizabeth works with an array of buyers & sellers and has served as a direct representative of local and national financial institutions and their distressed properties, throughout the southeastern region of Florida. Give back! Founding the charity KIND Birthdays has allowed for Elizabeth and her real estate team to partner with homeless shelters, foster homes & public schools in Miami-Dade County & work hands-on in celebrating & supporting the children. Providing recognition for tomorrow’s leaders is a priority for our own success.

“It’s truly heartwarming to witness the strong desire of so many women in the community to support and uplift others.”
