Be the Change | Girlfriends 4 Girlfriends is making a significant impact on the lives of single women and women with children.

Girlfriends 4 Girlfriends is dedicated to providing affordable housing for women and children who have experienced abuse or domestic violence. Through individual and group counseling, we help them set life goals, enhance their academic and vocational skills, and prepare for meaningful employment opportunities.

G4G has successfully raised funds to purchase a 3-plex and a 4-plex housing project and is currently working towards acquiring a third property. Additionally, Girlfriends host housewarming parties to collect new household items for graduates as they move into their new, safe, and affordable homes. Fundraising for Housing:

G4G is dedicated to raising funds for the acquisition and maintenance of safe and affordable housing for women and children escaping domestic violence, abuse, and homelessness.

Supporting Program Graduates:

G4G provides ongoing support to graduates of The Caring Place’s Life-Changing Programs at the Miami and Broward Centers. This includes visiting graduates, giving housewarming gifts, and maintaining contact to empower and encourage them on their new journey.

Community Compassion:

$10 a month will help sponsor a 5% subsidy of utilities (water/electric) for a housing unit.

$20 a month will help sponsor a 10% subsidy of utilities (water/electric) for a housing unit.

$30 a month will help sponsor a 10% subsidy of fees for a single woman.

$60 a month will help sponsor a 20% subsidy of fees for a single woman.

$100 a month will help sponsor a 25% subsidy of fees for a formerly homeless family.
