By achieving a higher level of education, our residents are better equipped to transition from homelessness to stable employment and housing.

The Caring Place @ Miami Rescue Mission’s Volunteer Focus Group, known as REACH, is composed of dedicated volunteers and donors who support our efforts to provide education and resources to formerly homeless men in our programs. At the Jeffrey A. Tew Education Center, we offer a range of educational services, including writing, reading, math, computer literacy, career readiness, and preparation for higher education, all aimed at helping our residents reach their full potential.
